Baptism

Get Baptized

We believe Baptism is not something we do for God, it’s something God does for us. In Baptism, God uses ordinary water and His Word to give extraordinary gifts: forgiveness of sins, new life in Christ, and the assurance that we belong to Him. Baptism doesn’t depend on our feelings, our age, or how strong our faith feels—it relies on God’s promise. It is a gift that God continues to work through every day of our lives.

Our Baptism Class is a space to slow down and ask honest questions. We walk through what Baptism is, what it means for your everyday life, and why Lutherans place such value on it. This class isn’t about pressure or rushing a decision, it’s about understanding God’s promise clearly, so that you can move forward with confidence, grounded in grace.

Baptism Sunday

Our Next Baptism Sunday: November 29, 2026

Baptism Sunday is a celebration of what God is doing right now. It’s the day we gather as a church family to witness God’s promises being spoken over His people. In Baptism, God meets people with grace, forgiveness, and new life.
We celebrate because Baptism marks a turning point, a new beginning rooted in God’s faithfulness, not human effort. As a community, we promise to encourage, pray for, and walk alongside those being baptized, because following Jesus was never meant to be done alone. Baptism Sunday reminds us that faith is lived, grace is active, and God is still at work.
