Our Mission

Love, Equip, Go

Because of Jesus, we love people where they are, equip them with truth, grace & purpose, and go into our everyday lives to serve others.
At Peace With Christ, following Jesus isn’t about perfection—it’s about being formed by His love and living it out in real, practical ways.

love

We are loved by Jesus and called to love one another. Love is not a feeling but how we treat people, invest in knowing people, and how we commit to people. Love is unconditional and based solely on Christ’s love for all His people. We love in the midst of both challenging circumstances and blessings. This love, found in Jesus and experienced in community, is the center of who
 Peace With Christ is.

Jesus said, “A new command I give you: Love one another.
As I have loved you, so you must love one another.
By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”
John 13:34–35

Equip

Because of Jesus, we equip people with truth, grace, and purpose so that faith takes root in everyday life. Equipping happens in community as we learn to follow Jesus together—not just in a Sunday morning class, but through real relationships and real life. We believe the rhythm of a Jesus follower is life giving. Come be loved and equipped, then go live sent.

So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.
Colossians 2:6-7

Go

We do not go alone, we join Jesus as He sends us into everyday life. Jesus calls us to go and make disciples, and we believe this happens most often through personal, unhurried relationships. We seek to share His love with the people God has placed in our lives, trusting the Holy Spirit to do the work of creating faith. Each week, we leave Peace With Christ living sent, attentive to where Jesus is already at work and ready to join Him on His mission.

Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.
Matthew 28:19-20
