How it all started
Peace With Christ started on March 7th, 1982, when a small group of people began gathering with Pastor Mike Hiller, united by a shared desire to follow Jesus, build community, and create a place where God's grace would always be at the center. Over the years, buildings have changed, the city has grown, and new generations have joined the story—but the heart of Peace With Christ has stayed the same: a place where people are welcomed, known, and invited to grow in faith. In 2018, Pastor Josh Krepel began serving at Peace With Christ, guiding the church into a new season.

Expanding the vision
As Peace With Christ has grown, so has our sense of calling. God continues to invite us to look beyond ourselves—to love people where they are, equip them with God's truth & grace, and go live out our faith in everyday life. Expanding the vision means deepening discipleship, strengthening community, and creating space for people of all ages and backgrounds to encounter Jesus, experience His grace, and find their place in the story God is still writing here.
Where we Are headed
God continues to shape the future of Peace With Christ. As we move into what’s next, we’re committed to growing faith that’s lived out daily, strengthening families through every season of life, and taking what we believe beyond our walls. We move forward trusting God, open to change, and ready to grow into the future with confidence and hope.
